Sue is an integral member of the 4T Financial team, serving as the operational backbone of the office and playing a vital role in the firm’s day-to-day success. She oversees a wide range of client service and administrative responsibilities, helping ensure that operations run smoothly and that every client experience is seamless, organized, and attentive. Known for her reliability, warmth, and dedication, Sue consistently goes above and beyond to support both clients and colleagues.
Before joining 4T Financial, Sue spent more than 25 years with Anthem, Inc. in the membership department, where she developed extensive experience in customer service, communication, and administrative operations. She brings a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to her role, along with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping others.
Sue resides in Wallingford, Connecticut with her husband, Chris. They have two adult children, Patrick and Kimberlee, both of whom previously worked at 4T Financial before pursuing careers in other fields. Outside of the office, Sue enjoys spending time with her family, especially relaxing at the beach in Westbrook, Connecticut.
