Louise Argiro has been an integral part of 4T Financial since 2005 and currently serves as the firm’s Business Manager. In her role, she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and administrative functions, helping ensure a seamless experience for both clients and advisors. Her leadership, organization, and attention to detail play an important role in supporting the firm’s continued growth and commitment to exceptional client service.
Before joining 4T Financial, Louise spent 10 years with the Prestige Products division of Procter & Gamble, where she served as an Account Executive. Her background in client relations and operations management has contributed greatly to the firm’s strong culture and client-focused approach.
Outside of the office, Louise is deeply involved in charitable and community initiatives, including fundraising efforts for Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven. She participates in several community cycling events each year to help support cancer research and patient care. Louise resides in Cheshire, Connecticut, and is an active member of St. Bridget of Sweden Parish.
